How to book

1. Choose the category of hotel you are looking for.
2. Choose a hotel or pension from the list. If you are not interested in any particular hotel, just click on the option "best offer" or send us an email to: info@czechhotel.com
3. The filled booking form will be sent to us by clicking on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
4. You receive a reply from us within 24 hours – should the desired hotel be fully booked, we will send you an alternative offer.
5. If you accept our offer, you will receive from us a booking confirmation with the reservation number – this is to be presented upon arrival at the hotel. Some hotels require a guarantee in form of your credit card details – we will always inform you about this fact if applicable.
6. The payment is to be done directly at the hotel unless something else is agreed. A deposit may be requested for group reservations and for holiday periods such as New Year.
7. The prices on the website always apply to room (including breakfast and all taxes) and may vary according to the exchange rates. In general, low season is from November till March – high season April – October, but many hotels have individual price periods.
